      If you like bad processes over taking care of customers Danaher might be right for you.

      Big corporation seems stable ..

      Cons

      Big corporation that’s not really stable. Danaher has tons of processes and some of them might be good if properly implemented. However, upper management seems to care more about following processes than modifying processes to meet actual need. There has been no positive movement as far as helping customers in the last 5ish years.

      You could eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at your computer and never catch up. It was expected. The word lean equals you will do multiple jobs. In my experience, the manager was unprofessional and unsupportive. If you felt burnout or overwhelmed this manager would say "this is how it is at Danaher" or "I work 60+ don't complain" Burnout/Stress = Complaining, There is no work-life balance
