Cons

Absolutely penny pinching, cheap to the bone culture. If you’re used to managing your budget and making your own decisions, this is not the place for you. Financials are micromanaged to the point you’ll question a pencil purchase.

Management doesn't care about staff - they're a revolving door. Lower level associates are pretty much on their own. Everyone is over worked and every team is understaffed. Work life balance is a joke.
