A very dynamic company, most people working here are great, and the culture of continuous improvement is quite unique here.

Cons

Far too many big changes in a short time, under the current CEO it's noticeable that only one value matters most - "We compete for our shareholders". In the last few years, the company has become a heavy top-down organization with much less focus on a true leadership.

Pros

Slow pace, managers are lasy, and so the pace is slow.

Cons

Incompetent new CEO and Managers are destroying the company’s reputation and loosing great sales opportunity. New managers do not understand the business and make nonsense changes just to show they are doing something (indeed they are, but it is good just for the competition).
