A very dynamic company, most people working here are great, and the culture of continuous improvement is quite unique here.

Cons

Far too many big changes in a short time, under the current CEO it's noticeable that only one value matters most - "We compete for our shareholders". In the last few years, the company has become a heavy top-down organization with much less focus on a true leadership.

stability, pay is okay, people are nice

Cons

benefits and bonuses are not anywhere near enough as are pay raises. Company says they are a pay for performance co. but in reality they're a pay the shareholders for your performance company. EE's that drive radical improvement dont get radical bonuses or salary adjustments to reflect implemented and sustained improvements
