Associates are basically numbers and there is a huge churn in middle and upper management as there is not freedom for creativity with constant micro management

Keep demanding more from employees and rewards are limited to a few. Career development is also only for a limited set of employees - others are merely worker bees. Several executives are considered to be selfish, motivated only by their own compensation and payback.
