DBS tools distract you from the actual work

Better job security when you work for a conglomerate that has several platforms including life sciences, diagnostics, and environmental and applied solutions.

Cons

Too much emphasis on Danaher Business Systems and less time to do the actual work. There is an over-emphasis to apply DBS in anything and everything. You spend more time proving how DBS was implemented in your work rather than getting the work done and moving on to a new project. Don't get me wrong. DBS may be extremely helpful in improving efficiency for certain kinds of jobs (e.g. manufacturing), but it may not apply to your phase 4/post-FDA approval projects. Stingy in compensation.
