It was good during Covid. Stable.

Cons

Lots and lots of layers to sort through - Danaher, Platform, OpCo... where are the decisions made, who's making them, etc. They tout their "Danaher-GO" program (internal movement opportunities among the various OpCos) but it's harder to move internally than it should be. (I was not alone in my opinion and experience.)
