Flexible on overtime for exempt employees Bennifits are good

Cons

very depressing place to work They sell products they know are deffective One day you walk on water, the next you are out the door. You stay afraid because you never know when it is coming. There is rampant descrimination and preferential treatment of employees. No one is ever promoted internally. They will have your repolacement in place the day after you leave.

Pros

Danaher is a good place to be from. I value the relationships I have been able to develop over the years with my peers. I still stay in contact with them and, in fact, work with those who have left the company before me.

Cons

Employees are constantly required to report. A company clearly obsessed with gathering data relative to performance will only inhibit performance itself.
