Interesting scientific problems, generally good employees and a large number of companies to be associated with

Cons

Focus on profits and shareholders over employees at all times. Dealt with harassment issues that went on unresolved because the person was too important for business function and so reports would be minimized and minimal punishments would be given. Company response is usually a generic training to void liability and getting acknowledgement that it fixed the issue. Overall, working here was bad for my mental health and physical well-being so would not recommend.
