      Internal projects in which you can learn.

      Cons

      All new joiner freshers, even though they know nothing will be paid more than you. Some particular teams in sales data science does not give hikes and bonus even if you work so much. They expect you to go overboard to get the "meet expectations" rating. I dont know who gets the "exceeds expectation" rating.
