      Many changes but still a good place to work.

      Pros

      Fun environment with great individuals to work along side. Nashville campus is a stark difference from its Round Rock counterpart (worked at both locations).

      Cons

      It feels Dell is currently in a strategy shift. The feelings at times is that of a lack of overall market focus. Management tends to be very reaction oriented. The new comp plan is horrible and needs to be revisited.

      Pros

      It is a fun demanding place to work. A little more stability in the sales management area would make it even better. Benefits and pay are good though sales incentives change far too often. If you are a self starter you should succeed, though it is a challenge

      Team members and managers change far too often which hurts customer sat. Far too mch time taken in adnministrative tasks which takes away time from selling. Strategy needs to be more aggressive to keep up with HP
