      Company is focused on work/life balance, offers a flexible work environment, no micro managing.

      Cons

      The only con I can speak of, and this may just be the work culture in general, is the constant fear of not having a job. Job security is always an issue.

      Great technologies, Knowledgeable resources, Lots of technologies, Freedom to choose field of interest through internal transfers, Training, Tell Dell 360 Feedback, Ethical. Flexi time

      Cons

      Long work hours, Flexi time is there but right now dell is on the path to transformation so lot of churn. too much cost cutting now in recreation and other areas.
