Dell offers a wide variety of benefits. from medical, dental and vision, to commuter assistance and EPP programs. The work atmosphere is challenging and educational. Each campus is well kept and comfortable
Cons
There are not many "Cons" to list, aside from the crowded parking area's. The titles and grades can be a little confusing when adapting to the Dell culture, however most employees seem helpful and supportive.
