      Micro management, lack of trust between higher executives and staff, work life balance no longer a priority, and initiatives are rolled out in a way to only implicate one group versus all staff creating a drop in morale for that group

      Pros

      Leadership can be fulfilling at Dell - there are great resources and people to help set you (and your team) up for success.

      Cons

      The pay is very low compared to other first line leader roles in the industry. Every role I have had as a first line leader (and have hired first line leaders), easily cross the 200K threshold for OTE.
