      I really enjoyed both the work and the collaboration with colleagues in three different time zones and continents: USA (Texas), Panama, and India. I felt confident that my expertise and input were being taken into account.

      Cons

      Poor time management and planning, especially considering I was part of a workflow/document pipeline located in different time zones. I was sometimes asked to work overtime and/or on weekends.
