      I left this job for better pay. Dell is known to pay below market. They say their culture makes up for it. A year into a new job leaving for better pay almost doubled my salary …. I see why the culture is so valuable. Great culture at Dell. The culture is open to learning and growth, open to change and innovation.

      Low pay but the culture is worth it. Not a lot of opportunity for promotions and pay growth. But plenty of opportunity for stretch assignments.
