      Pros

      There is a substantial amount of respect for this title. Therefore, there is a large of mount of expectations on the various product types and industry insight. I worked in the APEX Data Center Utility team (aka. everything as a service)

      Cons

      My team had no real training for the role working. I had quite a bit of HPE experience but no Dell experience when I accepted the position. I struggled with the lack of understanding the products and their upgrade paths.

      Great commission possibility, lot of demand, after account set it built up. Very easy to hit quota.

      Cons

      Hard to move up and really excel in career growth, stagnant. A lot of people pursuing the same job.
