      Benefits vs Bad Management

      -very good benefits and compensations -home office culture -a lot of technology knowledge -discounts

      Cons

      -very bad management when they mix cultures , I work as a developer and I'm Mexican but my manager is an India who doesn't know or care about Mexican culture , he practically managed the project just sending mails and asking me what to do when the costumer complained, they really need internal audits regarding the projects -sometimes they just make u feel like nothing but a resource -lack of communication between HR, top management and managers
