      Pros

      Flexible work and remote work available, good offices, competitive pay, lots of benefits, good work/life balance, strong ethics, competent coworkers, good work environment.

      Cons

      It seems pay raises have been scarce for most people lately, and constant transitions like Dell's privatization, buyouts and divestments are making layoffs recurrent and hirings limited. The budget for training seems very tiny, and promotions unlikely.
