      Company has lost its way

      Pros

      They encourage remote working which let to plan your day, have great benefits and salary is just fine, nothing spectacular but just fine.

      Cons

      They don't know exactly where to go, Dell Services workforce in Mexico has been reduced drastically since they have moved practically everything to India which is fine but since we are in a different timezone with our main customers located in the US, we as a company can't provide the best customer service as we used to.

      There is flexibility but also demands

      Pros

      Work from Home is a Big WIN, benefits are above all averages at least on the Mexican side, there is a long line of positions you can make a career step by step. Ethics are very listened and actions are taken right away

      Cons

      Lately there has been many layoffs team reductions making workload unmanageable but still you can express what could be worked out if you run into trouble
