      - The people you work with and the connections made are pretty awesome. - Depending on your skills and experience this is a place to grow your career. - Solid benefits package.

      Cons

      - The new comp plan for Sales is horrible. They decreased base pay by $15-20k per year. Although variable potential is greater than the previous 70/30 model, they essentially cut pay and added more work. - $0 bonus for the Sales org when Sales is the main driver in the company posting record sales and profits the last two quarters. Break bread.
