      Great Experience, Wouldn't Work There My Whole Career

      Great training, prepares you to work at any company in the world Learning by experience - managers teach by giving you new tasks and letting you try to figure them out on your own; this can be maddening sometimes, but in the end, it really is the best way to learn Lots of opportunities to work on internal initiatives and meet different kinds of people in the firm Lots of opportunities to train others, even when you're fairly low level\ After you work there for a year, you can typically work from home one or two days/week

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics Some of your success can come (or may not come) just be whose team you get placed on (aka some managers have better standing in the firm and/or know how to push you to get promotions, better projects, etc.) Long hours-- most weeks, you probably work about 50 hours, but you could get stuck on a gnarly project working 60+ hours/week (plus side to this is you often get promoted quicker)
