      Pros

      Smart and talented co-workers. Lots of exposure to PPDs and Senior Managers in Consulting, and lot's of on-going training / learning.

      Cons

      Office politics are greater here than with most firms. Competiing against co-workers for raises and promotions. Also compared with the rest of Consulting, the Project Controller group is an after-thought. Deloitte Consulting is such a great firm, but this practice needs help.

      Work/Life Balance there is very good flexible working practice in Deloitte which helps in having good personal and professional life Culture & Values

      Cons

      Senior Management very bad people management system in Deloitte there is no proper channel and communication on people growth. Compensation & Benefits is also very bad people should wait 6 month after rating period to get the bonus and hike percentage

      Pros

      Deloitte was a high profile name to put on the resume as my first job post college. It was a well developed, professional company that set the bar for how businesses should run. The culture was fantastic. I like the fact that they had a Women's Initiative group to work through inequality in the workplace. As a female starting my career, this helped prepare me for some challenges I might face. Overall, I loved working for Deloitte.

      Cons

      There were two challenges - first, the aggressive travelling loses it's excitement after a year. Second, a job title could only be gained based on college GPA and other work experience did not matter. For example, a person with a 3.8 GPA with zero job experience would get a better position than a person that had a 3.6 GPA but worked full time during school.
