Pros
Interesting work (some of the time)--they talk about all their strategy and operations work, but in reality most of it is IT-related. If you are looking for a strategy firm, this isn't it. The travel can be cool (especially the chance to head elsewhere on the weekends), and the points are a nice perk.
Cons
You have to drink the Kool-Aid to get ahead. Lots of work for work's sake (not always for added value). There seems to be a lack of real-world experience even at the manager/senior manager/partner level. They really value people who "grew up" in the firm, but that means that they have a single set of experiences on which to base their judgement.
