Pros
Deloitte really is one of the best places to work in terms of building a career. You'll have the chance to work with some smart, driven people. You'll be paid well, be provided with awesome benefits and have access to some pretty neat perks.
Cons
Deloitte is an organization that is run by some of the smartest people in business. As such, they expect a lot out of the people that work for them. If you want to be a Deloitte Consultant, be prepared to work a lot of long hours. Though, you'll get a lot back in exchange for that as I've referenced above.
