      Pros

      -If you are starting your career here then you are very lucky, this org will help you in becoming a professional/learn how corporate life works. -There will always be something happening in and around the campus of the office. It's very vibrant and culturally very rich. -Deloitte trusts you and you can trust Deloitte when it comes to following the norms. -There is a flat hierarchy, Managers, Senior Managers, Directors all are very friendly and are very much approachable. -Varied helplines for every scenario are present, from anonymously reporting misconduct to reporting for missing your ID card. You will never feel alone in any case when you are stuck, whether professionally or personally. -Deloitte will always offer opportunities to you to get certified and keep you updated with anything new and emerging. -Believe me when i say this. You will get tired of parties. :)

      Cons

      -There will be a few bad apples, 1 out of 50, who think that they own everything and they sometimes yell and shout to show their dominance. That's not what Deloitte is about. Don't let this ever dishearten or demotivate you. -Worklife balance is sometimes disturbed as the work gets assigned more to those who contribute more thereby increasing the pressure. But this also depends on the project and management of that project. -To get recognized and get better compensation/promotions, you need to actively talk to your managers, leads (called Networking in Deloitte terminology) and coaches.
