Cons
Frequent project rotation is not a guarantee, which is peculiar for a consulting company. Long projects (9+ months) can significantly reduce your exposure and slow down your learning curve and there is no flexibility to leave these projects. You are at the mercy of your partner/senior manager, who will want to keep you in the project since you already have had long term experience with it. Financially speaking, the exit options at senior consultant/manager level are a lot more attractive than what you get paid to stay.
