      Pros

      Team I was working on was great, we were a bit separate from Deloitte (at a different location) as a prototyping team. We got to work on different projects with a bunch of cool new technologies, and had the freedom to explore. Lots of flexibility on our team. Even as a coop I could take days off, had benefits, and could work flex hours.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy of working at a big company, lots of paperwork to fill out when dealing with the main office.

      Dress code is fine facilities are normal food coupons are ok parties are good

      Feel hurt joining GTS hyderabad. Earlier company given me good salary and peaceful work. Issues No career growth No onsite opportunities hiring HR : Nice Story / Lie teller. No proper career fitment. HR Talent Managment : are order takers from Leader, not helping people on the floor Sr Mangement - Managers have no work. My manager no exception.TDM's are not caring and busy polishing leader Women Managers are better performing than Men on the floor Lots of work and no recognition and promotion. Bad performance management, asked to start again if no clarity Ask for work from home and then compliants from managers

      Pay on time, good terms, good life work balance

      Cons

      Hard to negotiate terms, not a lot of opportunity to work on different projects, but I suppose this is why it's contract
