      Innovation killer and talents wasteland

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good.

      Cons

      This is a terrible place for technology workers. Aside from the fact that IT employees get penalized for all the ethical and financial screw ups of some greedy traders, this place does not provide the simplest environment for IT staff (including developers ..etc) to be successful. Everything is locked down, and the simplest tasks can take weeks if not months to happen. From career perspective, there are very limited promotions in the RTP office in North Carolina, and the site is not growing anymore. All power is given to the UK and German offices, with remote offices acting only as implementation force, no more.

      Pros

      Vacation, co workers are mainly good people and try to do the right thing. Nothing else to say. Lots is BS

      Cons

      See the TITLE: does anyone read these and how people both working there and have left are treated. The Politics is ridiculous and people at the Director level do nothing more than try to impress the management while the VP (some) do most of the work. Have some real skip level meeting and listen.

      Flexibility, work/life balance, good physical work environment, good at finding smart people, a lot of potential to be a great place to work, some managers work hard at career development for their reports

      Cons

      Management blind to poor development team dynamics, excessive compliance training not applicable to role, changes to bonus compensation and pathetic payouts this year have destroyed morale, computing/development environment too restrictive and hurts productivity
