Pros

-None, as I was unable to experience actual employment due to the offer being retracted before joining. -The only "positive" was learning early on how disorganized the company can be — a red flag avoided.

Cons

-Recruitment process felt rushed and poorly coordinated. -Excessive paperwork and documentation before even securing an offer. -Multiple interview rounds with little clarity on next steps. -Offer letter issued, only to be withdrawn a week before the joining date. -Vague and inconsistent reasons provided for rescinding the offer (e.g., citing credit score concerns despite no serious financial issues). -Lack of transparency and communication from HR throughout. -Left me in a difficult position after making preparations to start the role.
