Pros

Benefits are good and you get all the bank holidays. Health ins is affordable with good choices. Sick time in addition to vacation days. Decent work life balance if you land in the right area.

Cons

Crappy work life balance in if you land in the wrong area. Mandatory back to office 3 days a week. If you have been there for years just know the person that just got hired to do the same job as you is making market salary.
