Pros

Not sure if there are any

Cons

Career/Compensation. This is a black hole of hiring analysts/associates and keeping them junior till they have no other option but to leave. The general perception on the street is pretty bad for DBCenter.(Goldman's Salt Lake City office is considered far better) Essentially the problem is a lot of Vertical Managers who should be in HR but are making decisions that they do not understand. To move up in the organization, it becomes important to be on their good side, rather than do good work.
