Pros

Hybrid work model, Work from home 3 days/week.

Cons

The bank openly shares their discriminatory policies and requires managers to hire based on sex and race. Some employees have limited opportunity and in some cases are pushed out based on sex and race so the bank can rehire in the assigned "diversity target". If you think the days of sending people to the back of the bus are over, you haven't worked here yet.

Pros

Great benefits, time off and health benefits are good.

Cons

The company is very top heavy. Outdated technology and the HR department is a joke. There are departments where there are three managers to one employee.
