1. Not very employee friendly policies 2. Dominated by Managers (VP's) they strongly influence promotions, pay hike.. not worthy people grow up ladder due to favoritism 3. No focus on the goals of the company or unit

Have worked there a long time. No culture. Got lucky with a great manager. Not a great place for women.

Nothing really. You shouldn't work there unless you're desperate. Location not great either. Women are not taken seriously. One off managers can be good.

Cons

Cost cutting. Everything is very slow and bureaucratic. Women are not treated as leaders. While some managers are good, most are terrible.
