Pros

big, international, some people are smart

Cons

strong hierarchy, people covering only their ass, difficult to change on internal positions since they are often are already 'given away' (decided who is going to be in this position). In general poor focus on results and overall success of a company. Bad or vague goal setting for individual goals.

Pros

The people that work here are very nice and that in itself creates a good culture to be working in

Cons

Sometimes working at a large global bank makes processes and procedures more cumbersome than they may otherwise be which is frustrating

Pros

This is a prestigious organization that has done fairly well during the crisis. When calling on customers, they instantly recognize the quality of DB services.

Cons

But there are serious identity issues inthe US about what the organization wants to be. There are large rivalries between many internal groups.Getting things done across business lines wants is difficult.
