Pros

Competent employer. Fast moving. Not everyones ideal employer as structures and information is not always clear. Need to be someone who makes an effort, finds things out and gets things done to be rewarded.

Cons

Tends to get run on a famine and feast basis in terms of investment. Investment in staff, technology etc... tends to be very up and down, which some people can find fustrating to work with. On the other hand this is indicative of the entrepreneurial culture. Ups and downs inevitably mean that there are annual rounds of firing people.
