Pros

I have been there for several months and I like the comany culture. Will see how this goes for me.

Cons

I have to travel to New York every now and then, which is very inconvenient for me. But mostly working from home right now. Hard to mingle with coworkers.

good pay, good lattitude to grow, good team and flexibility. Excellent process and functionality amongst major players within the framework

Cons

tough uncompromising attitude to delivery and overall overarching focus on process over delivery versus a keen attitude to analyse the best.

Pros

- benefits are pretty good. - Management is approachable. - It's a young atmosphere, as most people are in their 20's. - Lots of DB sponsored clubs and activities.

Cons

- Having to work extremely long hours, while seeing people on other teams play games for half the day. - No work life balance. - Expections from management that simply can not be met. - Never having enough resources to get the job done. - Only jobs at the associate level and higher are bonus eligable.
