Pros

If your direct manager was great then everything about your job was fantastic. The benefits were great as was the time off policy. Managers had a mandatory two weeks off in a row.

Cons

The growth potential was horrible. If you received a promotion in the middle of the year you did not receive any raise until the beginning of the following year. The communication from top down was very poor as well. As a manger you sometimes feel like your hands are tied.
