Deutsche Bank itself is a top three investment bank and is a great resume builder Benefits are great Managing Directors and Management are accessible for questions and information Depending on business of broker you work with, job can be extremely diverse, high pressured, and a great challenge

Cons

Being a Sales Associate is a dead end position, so make sure you love what you do and who you work with Promotion within the firm from this role is difficult and not necessarily encouraged Brokers do not always respect the associate role and the amount of work actually involved.

Invest in Infrastructure!!!

There are opportunities in the right areas and the employees in the organization are good easy to work with.

Cons

DB has taken way too long to invest in there infrastructure. We are using system software that has not been updated since the 90's.
