For new associates, the first 3 months spent in training and 3 in rotations, which is really helpful as it gives one an opportunity to be introduced to various parts of the business. If you are ambtitious, driven, hard-working and willing to sacrifice your personal life for a career at least for a certain period of time, this is the place for you.
