Pros

Great benefits, health care, pension, insurance and flexible benefit choices. Good place to learn about finance.

Cons

Woeful bonuses in Engineering. All dev in my group was done in Moscow. So no interesting projects. Just bug fixing Russian code. Technology stack old and creaking. General IT support poor. A few good individuals in IT but generally very bureaucratic . Completely stymies their wish to be an IT company like Google (yeah right). Never heard so much bull**** Bingo from senior managers regarding Agile. They think agile is a panacea to fix all their woes but have no idea what it is or means.

Pros

Smart people, entrepreneurial environment, nice offices.

Cons

Terrible culture, every man for himself kind of place. One of the worst banks I have come across. Also, the HR's attitude to employees is shocking. Makes you really wonder how they managed to be hired into a 'people' role in the first place.
