Pros

Competitive salary. I get overtime which actually make me earn more than my managers who do not get overtime.

Cons

Ridiculous rule that you need to be there two years before you can get promoted. Lack of.communications from higher up.

steep learning curve but it all depends on the team; passionate young people for the most part; exposure to various groups within operations across the globe;

unwillingness to invest in its people leading to a revolving door environment; lack of clear direction due to change in management every few years; few career path opportunities unless you have strong connections; not offering competitive pay;
