Pros

Flexible with work life balance . Great pto and sick time

Cons

Where do I begin . When I first started there was little to no training . The tight deadlines to onboard clients were extremely overwhelming at times . It’s almost impossible to get promoted or get a raise. You could be doing the same work as your peer and still get overlooked. You do not get pay increases for lateral moves. Systems always have issues. Severe language barriers with our India team. You will gain a lot of knowledge working kyc which I enjoyed but you can get burnt out easily. Sometimes it seemed like they nitpicked with certain employees My best advice work here a few years get their experience you want and leave. Take it else where they are willing to pay more

Pros

Absolutely nothing. The only thing I gain will be Anxiety disorder, Spoiled Family Life, lots of politics and tension. No mental peace

Cons

People here are absolutely non technical but show themselves as technical. Extreme level of favouritism. Limitless politics. Unfriendly senior management. No hike.

Pros

10 sick days, 2 personal days (can use even for mental health), 20 days PTO (15 for analyst) and 16 weeks paid vacation for maternity/paternity

Cons

Constant hiring freezes. HR needs improvement. Promotions are political and at many people's discretion that you don't know and can't control. Wage increases were 0-1% on years when you don't get promoted (which are most years.) They can't or won't fire bad people. It takes an act of congress, so bad people just get moved around. Internal leadership goals were to hire and promote diversity.
