Pros

VHI paid for staff. No other pros.

Cons

No financial support for WFH. Expected to use all own equipment and maintain same productivity levels. Toxic management with bullying rampant. Micro management where every last second is accounted for. Recent redundancy process deeply flawed. Management gave contradicting information to staff on dates and packages. Dublin staff who were told being made redundant were cc'd on emails about the bank making $1billion plus in profit. A horrible company focused on the bottom line and couldn't care less about their staff.

Pros

Some good benefits and a lot of good people to work with.

Cons

Extremely disappointing rewards and a lack of a feeling of employees being valued.

Pros

Really good flexibility and benefits structure. The people you work with are great in general too

Cons

Management is poor with little vision of the future and work in silos only caring about their own areas. Promotions only occur if you are management's "friend" and not based on ability sadly and pay rises are pretty non existent without a promotion
