      Pros

      The company has a friendly atmosphere, diversity and individual efforts recognised. Differences respected and good company values especially relating to work life balance.

      Cons

      Nothing much to complain about except that there are too many processes which hinder efficiency rather than speed things up. Could sometimes come accross as individualistic company culture.

      - In the technical departments lots of good technicians and engineers - Social security at highest level

      Cons

      - Performance is not valued, variable part of the payment is the same for all not to upset colleague - Large company with too much bureaucracy and "politics" games. - An international company but still sticking to German language
