      Exciting but messy place to work

      Pros

      Fast-paced exciting company to work for. Great atmosphere among the staff, majority are idealist, future focussed and work hard to accomplish company goals. Staff are very well rewarded for their contribution. Leaders are wonderful people.

      Cons

      An overwhelming focus on profit and growth at the cost of ethics. High amount of political game playing. Constant change in requirements and micro-managing and indecisive leadership.

      1. Salary and stock option package - but don't expect any raise or RSU refresher

      Cons

      1. 12-16hr working days. 996 style 2. Uninspiring leadership from top down 3. Inmature managers 4. Unethical and deceptive recruiting practices. Make sure 100% of guarantees are in writing or will not happen.
