      Good regional teams, with a high drive to push results and a very competitive landscape that keeps you sharp. Relatively young industry so still a lot of opportunities to build and create

      Complicated agendas due to timezone difference with China, resulting in inconvenient meetings either too early or after working hours. Also relationship with product, which is based in China, is not optimal, with conflicts of agenda and misalignments being commonplace. Also unfair to good performance, since they change targets if they were already reached
