      You actually get paid for overtime — which is rare in a lot of Chinese tech companies. If you put in the hours, at least you see it reflected in your paycheck.

      Cons

      The overall structure is kind of a mess. There’s a lot of internal politics and people picking sides, which makes it hard to just focus on getting things done.
