Pros

Benefits are highly competitive, facilities are great, lots of flexibility in careeer movement and opportunities. Really like the culture of longevity and stability in long-term career.

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult depending on position. Expectations not always clear for annual reviews. Strategic change is constant so all roles are always evolving making it difficult to get right experience for advancement.

Pros

All sorts of benefits, Prizes, gift cards, special events catered food, cafeteria, easily accessed location and training staff.

Cons

Need more hands on coaching rather than just computer provided. Call center is very busy and you take calls after calls

Cons

Pay below industry average. Can be very political. Promotions are hard to get within the team unless you rotate.
