Pros

great pay, good career starting point, good benefits, large cafeteria.

Cons

Hard sales pushes, management finds ways to not pay your earned incentive. Supervisors look for any little thing to write you up for. I also had an issue with one of the supervisors talking trash about me and other employees.

Pros

Benefits package is good, campus is great and the overall viability of the company is good.

Cons

Middle management is weak and is not interested in developing most of the employees. If you're one of the 'chosen' few, you have a better opportunity. Career stagnation is rampant.
